The ideal candidate for this position is a high energy individual who enjoys serving customers in a busy, fast-paced retail environment. We're interested in hiring dependable people who communicate well with both customers and colleagues, and enjoy working as a team to provide high quality customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for cashiering duties as well as prepping customer orders and barista duties. HOURS VARY
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions.
- Making coffee drinks including but not limited to latte, Americano, Affagato etc.
- Take payments utilizing point of sale system.
- Monitor inventory.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure workspaces are clean and well organized at all times.
